Maggie Grace quietly finalized her divorce nearly a year ago.
The Lost actress filed for divorce from her husband, Brent Bushnell, in May 2025 after eight years of marriage. In documents obtained by ENTERT, she listed their date of separation as Oct. 1, 2024, six months before she filed, and said they had been living separately since then.
Grace requested a name change in the filing, too, as she wanted to revert back to her maiden name, Margaret Grace Ives.
The filing also revealed that the couple had welcomed a second child together, a daughter, Fiona, who was 1 as of May 2025. They welcomed a son in 2020.

A prenup was signed on the date of their May 2017 wedding and Grace requested that the court honor that agreement in the filing.
She was granted primary custody of both kids, with Bushnell having custody of their son every weekend and splitting holidays. When their younger daughter turns three and a half, Bushnell will also get custody of her for weekends.
The divorce was finalized on Aug. 13, 2025, and Grace regained her maiden name, Ives.
The Taken star announced her engagement to Bushnell in February 2017. She shared a photo with him on Instagram at the time, and wrote in the caption, “The strongest and sweetest songs yet remain to be sung (Whitman).”
They wed in May 2017 in an intimate, outdoor ceremony in Ojai, Calif. At the time, ENTERT confirmed that close family and friends were in attendance.
Jeweler Neil Lane told ENTERT of the actress’ bridal look: “Her choice of wedding earring was inspired by her Edwardian lace veil. They are vintage with delicate swirls of circular diamonds set in platinum. Her pearl-and-diamond hair combs are also of the Edwardian era.”
Grace will next star in the AMC drama series Thunder Road alongside Dennis Quaid and Chase Stokes.
