Suki Waterhouse is revealing her daughter’s nickname for her superhero dad Robert Pattinson.
Waterhouse, 34, opened up about parenting, and her two-year-old daughter’s nickname for her fiancé, 40, in an appearance on the And The Writer Is… podcast on Tuesday, July 28.
When host and songwriter Ross Golan asked if Waterhouse’s daughter could “differentiate” between “mom the mom and mom the rockstar,” the “Back in Love” singer revealed that her little one is learning more about what her parents’ careers look like, especially as her dad films The Batman Part II.
“She like knows what I do now,” the Loveland artist shared. “She like points it out in a story book. We were looking at jobs the other day and and she was like, ‘That’s your job, like the girl with the guitar.’”
Waterhouse then revealed that the 2-year-old feels right at home around her dad’s intricate costume makeup.
“She doesn’t actually seem to notice,” Waterhouse said. “She calls him ‘Daddy Batman’ now because he’s always dressed up like that now for the next seven months whenever he’s on FaceTime.”

Waterhouse also praised her “social and fun” daughter for being flexible when it comes to seeing her dad looking totally different.
“She’s on FaceTime today to her dad who’s covered in blood with huge black circles around his eyes,” Waterhouse humorously recalled of a moment Pattinson called them from the Batman set. “We’re just like, ‘It’s fine.’ ”
Pattinson is currently shooting The Batman Part II. The movie is now scheduled to open on Feb. 18, 2028, director Matt Reeves revealed on July 15.
The Daisy Jones & The Six star and The Odyssey actor welcomed their daughter in March 2024.
Waterhouse previously posed with her daughter’s back to the camera for the cover of British Vogue just three months after giving birth. In the cover story, she shared that she and Pattinson were looking forward to parenthood.
“No, we really planned,” she said at the time.
“One day we looked at each other and said, ‘Well, this is as ready as we’re going to be,’” Waterhouse recalled, noting that she likes to keep things interesting. “I was like, ‘What can make more chaos?’”
