If you’ve been waiting for Grey’s Anatomy Season 22 to come to Netflix before you binge-watch it, then you’re in luck. The date has been confirmed, and it’s a little earlier than we’re used to.
All 18 episodes of Grey’s Anatomy Season 22 will drop on Netflix on June 6, 2026. This marks 30 days after the finale aired on ABC, which is the usual timeframe. The part that makes this earlier than normal is that the finale aired in early May rather than later in the month, so Netflix gets the episodes to kick-start the summer!
A Milestone Episode for ‘Grey’s Anatomy’
The second episode of the season marked the 450th milestone. It’s an impressive feat, especially in today’s world where so few shows are getting past a couple of seasons.
Grey’s Anatomy Season 22 picked up with the reveal of the aftermath of the explosion in the hospital. We learned who survived and who didn’t, in a traumatic night for many of the doctors, nurses, and patients.
The season also saw the exits of Teddy and Owen, with many fans wondering whether they should have ended up together or not. Then there was the climactic bridge collapse, which saw the lives of multiple people on the line, including Meredith’s love interest, Nick.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 23 Is Confirmed
When the new season arrives on Netflix, it will mark the first time the entire series up to this point is available. That will change in the fall, when Grey’s Anatomy Season 23 premieres. It is confirmed for a fall return on Thursdays, ending the thrilling night of first responder and medical dramas.
There is also a spinoff confirmed for the midseason, which will be set in Texas and not include any current Grey’s characters.
Episodes go to Hulu the day after they air on ABC. It’s only 30 days after the finale that they arrive on Netflix under the current licensing deal. You can still stream all episodes of the long-running medical drama on Hulu as well as on Netflix.
