Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is taking on a flavorful new challenge.
Doritos® has officially announced Ramsay as the new global partner for Doritos Loaded, marking a major milestone for the rapidly growing food concept and bringing one of the world’s most recognizable culinary talents into the brand’s next phase of expansion.
Known for his passion for bold flavors and creative cooking, Ramsay shares a similar philosophy with Doritos Loaded: delicious, easy-to-prepare meals should be accessible to everyone. The collaboration aims to showcase how Doritos’ iconic flavored tortilla chips can be transformed into satisfying, restaurant-quality dishes that consumers can enjoy at restaurants, order through delivery services, or recreate at home.
At the heart of the partnership is Ramsay’s culinary creativity. The Michelin-starred chef has developed eight exclusive Doritos Loaded recipes designed to demonstrate the versatility of the concept. By combining everyday ingredients with Doritos’ signature crunch and flavor, Ramsay’s creations elevate familiar foods into premium, filling meals.
The chef-created recipes will be introduced to restaurant and hospitality partners across key international markets, with several dishes also making appearances on menus at selected Gordon Ramsay restaurants.
The collaboration will extend beyond restaurants and into the world of motorsports through Doritos’ partnership with Formula 1®. Throughout the racing season, fans will have the opportunity to experience special Doritos Loaded offerings inspired by Ramsay’s recipes.
Among the highlights is the newly created Doritos Loaded Hellfire Chicken Nachos, featuring Gordon Ramsay’s signature Hellfire sauce. The dish will be available at Formula 1® fan-zone food trucks as part of exclusive food experiences designed for race attendees.
The first consumer activations tied to the partnership are scheduled to launch during major sporting events this summer, including several Formula 1® race weekends, before expanding further throughout the season.
Pol Codina, General Manager and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo Food Ventures, said the collaboration perfectly aligns with Doritos’ reputation for bold flavors and innovation.
According to Codina, working with Ramsay demonstrates how Doritos chips can serve as the foundation for exciting and creative meals, while encouraging both consumers and restaurant operators to experiment with their own interpretations of the chef’s recipes.
As Gordon Ramsay helps introduce Doritos Loaded to new audiences, the concept continues to expand internationally. The offering is becoming increasingly available through food trucks, delivery platforms, and restaurant partners, providing consumers with convenient, shareable meal options.
Currently available in select locations across Spain and England, Doritos Loaded is expected to expand into additional cities and markets over the coming months, including the Netherlands, France, Germany, and other European countries.
With Ramsay’s culinary expertise now behind the brand, Doritos Loaded is positioning itself as more than a snack-inspired meal — it is aiming to become a global food experience.
